Reward offer not tracking? Check the status and support route

Check whether your reward is missing, pending, held or rejected, save the right evidence and find the current Freecash or Earnably support route.

Provider guidance checked 30 September 2026

If a reward offer is not tracking, first check whether the task is missing from your activity history, recorded as pending, held for review or rejected. Then identify the provider, save your evidence and follow that provider’s reporting window.

Don’t spend more on later milestones while an earlier credit problem remains unresolved. A larger advertised reward does not make an unconfirmed completion safer.

This guide covers missing credit for app, game and other reward offers. It explains published support procedures; it does not claim a tested recovery rate or promise that a ticket will result in payment.

Work out which status you actually have

Open the task’s details and your account activity. Check the individual milestone as well as the overall offer. An installation can appear correctly while a later level or purchase remains unrecorded.

  • Never tracked: you cannot find a record of the installation, action or completed milestone. Save what you can and check the missing-credit procedure.
  • Pending: the provider has recorded an entry, but its reward is not yet available. Read the entry’s explanation and any release timer before treating it as missing.
  • Held: a recorded reward is being withheld for checks or an account-related reason. The interface may also call this “pending”, so the label alone is not enough.
  • Rejected or declined: the provider or support team has refused the completion or claim. Read the decision and its review policy.
Four reward statuses and next steps: never tracked, pending, held, and rejected or declined
Use the status explanation and the named provider’s current reporting rules. There is no universal waiting period.

For example, Freecash’s held-offer guide says held offers appear as pending. Standard holds are released automatically after checks, cannot be manually accelerated and may have no estimated release time. Its separate chargeback-related holds have different conditions.

A reward previously credited and then deducted is another situation. Freecash calls this a chargeback. Preserve the original credit and deduction records rather than reporting it as an offer that never appeared.

If the reward is already available but a withdrawal has failed, use the withdrawal support route. Our ways to get paid guide helps separate earning credit from redeeming it.

Save one clear record of the offer

Before the offer changes or disappears, collect:

  • The reward platform, supplying offerwall and advertiser or app name
  • Your platform user ID, offer ID and game or app account ID, where available
  • The original requirements, eligibility restrictions, reward amount and currency or points unit
  • Each milestone and its deadline, including whether the clock starts at click, installation or registration
  • Start and completion dates and times, with your time zone
  • Screenshots of the offer, activity status and completed requirements
  • Relevant purchase receipts, confirmation emails and existing ticket numbers

Use the exact milestone wording. Reaching a level and finishing that level may be different requirements. Record which steps credited successfully and which did not.

Keep original evidence. Hide unrelated personal information in the copy you submit, while leaving required dates, identifiers and transaction details readable. Never include a password, one-time code or full payment-card number. Screenshots help explain your case but do not guarantee that the provider can validate it.

Find the right support recipient and waiting period

The platform displaying an offer is not always the company handling its tracking claim. Read the provider name on the offer itself. Do not use another website’s waiting rule just because the app or game has the same name.

Offers from Freecash and its partners

Freecash’s main missing-credit guide, updated 19 August 2026, gives two routes:

  • Provided by Freecash: wait 48 hours after completion, then use the offer’s support ticket option in your profile under Started Offers
  • Provided by a partner: wait 72 hours after completion, then contact that partner through its support route

There is a documentation conflict: an older dedicated Freecash page, dated 18 July 2025, still says 72 hours. The figures above follow the newer guide. Check your live offer and ticket eligibility; if they disagree, ask support which rule applies before assuming you can submit.

Earnably offers

Earnably’s missing-credit guide, updated 28 August 2026, says tracking can take up to three days. After that, contact the supplying offerwall if the offer still has not tracked. The guide lists the support path for each wall.

Check Activity first. Under Earnably’s pending-credit rules, offers worth at least 100,000 points remain pending for 30 days, with specified third-party withdrawal exceptions. Activity shows the remaining wait; early release is unavailable. This is a credit hold, separate from missing tracking. Our Earnably review explains that distinction.

Other platforms and offerwalls

For Gain.gg, most partner-offer issues go to the supplying wall. Its FAQ, rechecked 1 October 2026, directs on-site offers to the offer’s support link and Cherries issues to Gain.gg’s on-site support chat. For any site, check the task’s current support instructions, reporting window and required evidence. Our Gain.gg review provides platform context.

Check eligibility without trying to restart the offer

Compare your evidence with the original instructions. Were you eligible as a new user? Did you use the required device and offer link? Was the milestone completed before its deadline? Were all purchase or registration conditions met?

Earnably’s tracking guidance flags VPNs, proxies, blocked tracking and previously installed apps among potential problems. It also says not to repeat an offer unless its instructions allow it. These are checks to investigate, not proof of what caused your particular failure.

Do not reinstall the app, create another account or repeat a paid action as a speculative fix. If an offer requires tracking permissions you are uncomfortable granting, skip it. Changing a setting later does not establish that an earlier completion will be credited.

Keep the completion deadline separate from the support waiting period. A wait before reporting does not give you extra time to finish the task.

Submit a focused missing credit ticket

Use the official support form reached from the platform or offerwall. Follow its fields and upload limits. A concise summary can look like this:

Subject: Missing credit for [offer name], [offer ID], [milestone]

I started this offer through [platform] and [offerwall] on [date, time, time zone]. The requirement was [exact requirement], with a deadline of [deadline]. I completed it on [date and time].

The expected reward is [amount and unit]. My current status is [status]. [Earlier milestone] credited, but [missing milestone] has not. My platform ID is [ID]. I have attached [list of evidence].

Please check whether this completion can be validated and let me know if you need any further evidence.

Only include statements you can support. Save the confirmation and ticket number. Add follow-up information to the same case where the system permits it, rather than opening repeated claims.

Decide what to do while you wait

Check the ticket acknowledgement for a response window and any evidence deadline. Keep access to the relevant account and records. Set a reminder to revisit the case when the stated window ends.

Do not make further purchases or start additional paid milestones in that offer while the earlier credit is unresolved. Decide any subscription cancellation on its own cost and terms; do not keep paying solely because a reward might arrive.

A rejection may have limited review options. Earnably says it cannot credit rejected transactions. Freecash says most ticket decisions are final; some Exclusive Offer tickets receive a discretionary second review, which users cannot request. Follow the decision you receive rather than assuming another ticket will change it.

Before starting your next offer

Save the terms first, identify the provider and check the earliest tracking event before committing substantial time or money. Keep a simple milestone log, including costs and rewards actually available to redeem.

Compare the task types in our ways to earn guide. A useful offer is one whose requirements, costs, deadlines and support route you understand before starting. Treat unconfirmed rewards as uncertain when deciding whether the next step is worth doing.
