Paid game offers reward specific tracked milestones, often with device rules and deadlines. Read each stage, cost and payout condition before installing. This guide shows how to judge the first achievable reward, track progress and keep proof if credit fails.
How a game offer works
- Open an offer on a rewards platform and read the exact milestone, device, country and new-player conditions.
- Start through the tracked link. The provider may require permissions or a specific install path to record progress.
- Complete eligible milestones before their individual deadlines. A later milestone may take much longer than the first.
- Wait for the platform’s crediting or review process, then check the withdrawal rules for the reward you want.
Check your install history before starting
A new account on a rewards website does not necessarily make you a new player. Freecash’s tracking guide says a previous installation of the game on any device prevents tracking and rewards. AppKarma’s offer FAQ excludes apps previously installed on the device and says reinstalling does not qualify. Read the exact provider wording if you have played the game before.
Save the offer provider’s name as well as the game name. Record when the timer starts, such as the first offer click or installation, and each milestone’s deadline. Freecash shows remaining task time beside a sand-timer icon. Its missing-credit guidance says support cannot override a missed completion deadline. Do not assume a game still appearing in your account means its reward timer is still running.
Check the net value before you play
A large “up to” amount may combine many milestones with different requirements and deadlines. Note the reward for each stage, the required level and deadline, and any purchase or subscription condition. Subtract required spending from cleared rewards and include all hours of play. If the game stops being enjoyable or the next milestone is unrealistic, the advertised maximum is irrelevant to your decision.
Take a screenshot of the offer terms before you install. Keep the start date, device, account name and milestone evidence in case tracking fails. Do not switch devices or reinstall unless the provider’s terms allow it.
Follow each milestone through to credit
Keep a short record for each stage: required level, deadline, reward, completion date and credit status. A first milestone that credits does not prove later stages will, and a pending amount is not yet redeemable. If one stage fails to track, preserve the offer terms and in-game completion evidence before opening the provider’s stated support route. Waiting until the offer disappears can make a dispute harder to explain.
Judge the next stage separately. For example, reaching a low level may take a short session while a later level needs days of play or purchases. Continue only if that next reward is worth the extra time and cost to you. The effective-rate method also works for games when you include every hour and subtract spending.
Choose the right missing-credit route
Check whether the task is unfinished, completed but uncredited, pending review, or cleared but not yet withdrawn. Those states need different next steps. For a completed eligible task with missing credit, current provider examples include:
- A direct Freecash offer: its missing-credit guide says to wait 48 hours after completion, then use the Support Ticket option for the offer under Profile → Started Offers.
- A Freecash partner offer: the same guide says to wait 72 hours after completion, then contact that offerwall partner with your Freecash ID, offer details, completion date and screenshots.
- AppKarma’s missing-reward programme: its missing-reward application guide says to wait 24 hours after meeting the requirements, then email support@appkarma.io with the username, offer name, requirement screenshot and completion evidence. Compensation is conditional and capped; for a multi-reward offer it covers no more than two missing levels. Its General FAQ excludes Fyber offers from this programme. Read the full eligibility rules rather than assuming every missed stage is covered.
These public help-page examples were checked on 2 October 2026, without a new game or support-ticket test. Follow the instructions for the actual provider and offer. A claim does not guarantee credit or payment.
Our offer-not-tracking guide separates missing tracking, pending credit and withdrawal problems. Preserve the original evidence before uninstalling or changing the setup; an account balance screenshot alone may not show that you met a particular game milestone.
Which reviews cover game offers?
Start with our Freecash, AppKarma and Gaintplay reviews. Their features and Australian offer catalogues can change. Compare the current tasks in your account, not a 2025 example on a blog page. The ways to earn hub also lets you compare games with surveys and app tasks.
Costs and risks to watch
- Tracking failure: an install or milestone may not credit; keep evidence and read the dispute process.
- In-app spending: a purchase can erase the reward. Do not spend merely to chase a larger payout.
- Time pressure: deadlines may encourage more play than you intended. Set your own limit.
- Privacy: review app permissions, data collection and account-linking requirements.
- Scams: Scamwatch warns about task schemes that demand an account top-up to release supposed earnings. Stop if a stranger asks you to send money to unlock a reward.
Keep a record of the whole payment cycle
Use our first-redemption workbook to connect milestone evidence with the withdrawal and actual receipt. Keep required spending, optional purchases, pending rewards and received rewards separate. Count time spent reading offers, installing, playing, gathering evidence and following up, not just the final winning session.
The companion cash/time calculator is only for AUD cash actually received for the time entered. Enter the amount that arrived after fees already deducted, without deducting those fees again. Record game purchases, fees paid separately and tax separately in the workbook; the calculator does not deduct them and is not a profit calculation. Leave gift-card face values and unsold crypto out of the cash input. A result describes that completed attempt and does not forecast the next game’s earnings.
Common questions
Do I need gaming skill? The task may not require competitive skill, but progress, device eligibility and deadlines can still be demanding. Read every milestone before starting.
Are rewards guaranteed? No. Eligibility, tracking, approval and withdrawal conditions matter. A provider may reject an ineligible or untracked task.
Is it taxable? Treatment depends on the facts. Our ATO-linked rewards guide is a starting point, and a registered tax professional can assess your circumstances.
