FeaturePoints mixes surveys, new app tasks and games. Its help centre separates a completed activity from pending cash and a reward still being processed. That distinction matters more than a promotional total: a task can screen out, an app may need a specific milestone, and a redeemable balance can still wait before delivery.

FeaturePoints says cash earned from apps, offers or surveys may remain pending while additional verification completes; the activity section of an account shows the remaining time. Once available, it can be used toward a reward. A claimed reward can itself remain pending while a partner transaction is processed. The provider says that stage cannot be manually sped up.

Rewards and delivery in Australia
FeaturePoints lists PayPal, Visa and gift-card categories as examples. Its country guide expressly includes Australian residents but warns that features differ by region. Check the actual brand, required balance and currency in your account rather than assuming a public tile is redeemable locally. Its help says a reward may take up to five business days to process, sometimes longer, and that an email is sent when it is ready. A PayPal reward goes to the email registered with FeaturePoints, so that address should also be on the intended PayPal account.
If a survey or app credit is missing
The provider says a survey may end early without full credit if your profile does not qualify. For app tasks, it asks users to follow the tracked link, use the app for the stated period, complete tutorials and any listed milestone, avoid a VPN or proxy, keep the same network during installation, and use an app they have not used before. Save the offer details and completion evidence, inspect pending activity, then use FeaturePoints support if the credit still does not appear. Its public support form says replies are usually within 24–48 hours; that is a support estimate, not a credit guarantee.

Does a FeaturePoints referral code guarantee a welcome bonus?
FeaturePoints supports referral codes and links, but we have not verified a code-triggered welcome bonus in an Australian account. Its official referral guide describes earnings for the person referring you, with tier-based rates and exclusions; it does not establish a bonus for the new member. If the sign-up screen shows a welcome offer, check the amount, currency and qualifying steps shown for your account before joining. Why is my cash pending?
Some apps, offers and surveys need additional verification. The account’s pending-activity view shows the remaining time; pending cash is not yet ready to spend on a reward.
How long does a claimed reward take?
The provider says processing can take up to five business days and sometimes longer. It emails the account when the reward is ready.
